These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Fight Factory Resources (“Fight Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website fightfactory.space, as well as any purchases, livestreams, or digital content provided through our platform. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By purchasing access or using any of our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enter into this agreement.
1.2. These Terms apply to all users of Fight Factory’s services and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Purchases and Payments

2.1. All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of purchase and are payable in the currency stated.
2.2. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Fight Factory does not store or process your payment information directly.
2.3. Once a purchase is completed, the Customer receives access credentials (such as a livestream access code).

3. No Refund Policy

3.1. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
3.2. This includes, without limitation, the following scenarios:

  • Technical issues on the Customer’s end, such as poor internet connection, buffering, or device incompatibility;

  • Service interruptions or outages beyond Fight Factory’s reasonable control (including third-party platforms such as YouTube or payment processors);

  • User error, accidental purchases, or failure to use the purchased access.
    3.3. By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly waives any right to request or receive a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment.

4. Access and Security

4.1. Access credentials (including access codes) are unique to each Customer and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
4.2. Fight Factory reserves the right to revoke access immediately, without notice or refund, if unauthorized use or sharing of access credentials is detected.
4.3. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their device, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements to access the livestream or content.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
5.2. Fight Factory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free content delivery, or compatibility with all devices.
5.3. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that livestreaming services inherently involve risks of technical interruptions, and agrees that such risks shall not form the basis for any claims against Fight Factory.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
6.2. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

7. Amendments

7.1. Fight Factory reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
